Celluloid Skeletons – Episode 3 Preview

It’s only a week until Episode 3 of Celluloid Skeletons is released and we can’t wait to tell you a little bit about it.

Hilary Swank has had a bizarre career. Her breakthrough movie Boys Don’t Cry won her an Oscar, a feat she repeated five years later for her performance in Million Dollar Baby. In between these two films though she’s appeared in some weird and misjudged movies, including nonsensical science-fiction The Core, romantic drama P.S. I Love You and neo-noir thriller The Black Dahlia.

The skeleton selected by Joe for his guests Alice Andrews and Ian Thomson isn’t any of those films though, instead it’s one of her earliest film appearances, franchise reboot The Next Karate Kid, alongside Michael Ironside and Pat Morita.
